ASIDE FROM THIS BLOG, I am currently doing my goldarndest to keep five other blogs running. One of them, Monaural Press (“a blog about writing and self-publishing a book”), was my fourth site and covers my writing and self-publishing The Umphred Guide to Blues and Rhythm & Blues 45s. It is a price guide for collectors of some of the rarest and most beloved music ever pressed onto vinyl. Alas, my venture was plagued with problems. This blog has only one category:
